Well - 'Tis the season to be jolly, and nothing makes me jollier than yummy food!! Here are some pics of my latest festive fare:
This is a frozen summer pudding - made with a mixed berry and grand marnier compote, layered with ice-cream, surrounded by sponge fingers. It was very yummy, but needed to thaw a little more... it was kind of frozen solid.
These are my mini Christmas pudding balls. I make these every year and I'm quite sure that my family and friends would be very unhappy with me if I skipped a year. I take a plate of them in to work and they normally disappear within seconds. Made with dark fruit cake and port, then decorated with white chocolate and holly sprinkles. Nom nom nom.
